8 Months Old

I can't believe that Aiden is 8 months old already. He is just getting so big and so much more fun every day. He has 7 teeth, is sitting up like a pro and he just started his cute little army crawl. He can pull himself up into a standing position and he loves to walk around the house in his walker. We think he is about 23lbs and maybe 31inches long. He seems to be getting more and more hair everyday. Last night he sat in the regular bathtub all by himself. He looked so dang cute. Pardon me while I get a little sentimental.

8 months ago my life changed forever. It changed in a way that I never thought it could. I was blessed with the healthy baby boy I always wanted. I have been given the opportunity to stay home with you and to see you change every single day. It seems that I am always calling your dad to tell him what new trick you have learned or grabbing the camera so I can capture every moment. You are such a good boy. You eat very well, you sleep pretty good, your laugh brings a HUGE grin to my face. I can't believe that you don't need me to carry you from one place to the next or to help get your toys. It's bitter sweet for me to see you grow up. Of course I want to see your walk, hear you talk, watch you run and to teach you new things, but I loved it when you needed me for everything. I love you more than anything and I promise to help you through everything. You are my pride and joy, ask anybody!!! I don't know what I did before you arrived. I thank God everyday for my blessing from heaven.

Guess who's crawling!!!

Mr. Twister is now crawling. He looks like he should b ein the army. His army crawl is fast and boy can he get around. I wonder if he will eventually crawl the traditional way. Time will tell.
